Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Every state change was reviewed: heldgated-execute.reviewedEvery call that changed the world had been allowed by a review before it ran, counted from the world’s own journal.
  • Every decision was read: heldgated-execute.decisionsEvery review that ran to its end gave its decision through the schema; an unreadable one is a denial.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldgated-execute.toolsThe executor was shown the task’s full toolset and each reviewer the read-only tools.

Final answer

I've processed order O-3001 in full. Priya gets all of her $686.00 back, but only $138.00 goes to her card. The other $548.00 is store credit, because those items were sent back after the return window had closed.

What happened to each line

  • L3, 2 × USB-C Hub (P-HUB), $138.00: This line had never shipped, so it counts as a cancellation, not a return. I cancelled it and refunded $138.00 to her card (refund RF-1). The hubs never left the warehouse, so I put both back into stock (P-HUB went from 8 to 10).
  • L1, P-DOC ($219.00) and L2, P-MON ($329.00): Both shipped on 2026-05-04. The return policy allows 30 days from shipping, and these are well past that (82 days by the system's date). Late returns must be paid as store credit, not to the card. I recorded a $548.00 store-credit refund on the order (RF-2). That step doesn't change her balance by itself, so I also added $548.00 to her account: her store credit went from $5.00 to $553.00.

The order now shows as returned, with all $686.00 refunded. No line got back more than she paid for it.

Warehouse: I didn't put P-DOC or P-MON back into stock. The rules say returned goods only go back on the shelf once the warehouse receives them, so whoever checks in her parcel will need to restock those two items.

Date mismatch: The store system gives today's date as 2026-07-25, but the date I was given is 2026-10-05. The returned items are past the 30-day window under either date, so this didn't change anything.
