Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- Every state change was reviewed: heldgated-execute.reviewedEvery call that changed the world had been allowed by a review before it ran, counted from the world’s own journal.
- Every decision was read: heldgated-execute.decisionsEvery review that ran to its end gave its decision through the schema; an unreadable one is a denial.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldgated-execute.toolsThe executor was shown the task’s full toolset and each reviewer the read-only tools.

Final answer
I merged the three reports of the CRM account search outage into one ticket, T-1052. It's now graded sev2 and assigned to Ines Kovac (E-201).
Merged: T-1053 and T-1054 went into T-1052. All three describe account search failing with an HTTP 500 server error on every query. T-1052 kept the ticket because it was reported first (07:05Z).
- Deadline: 2026-03-17T12:40Z. That was the earliest deadline already promised on any of the three (it came from T-1053), so I kept it rather than T-1052's original 15:05Z.
- Severity: sev2. The merged ticket took on T-1053's wider impact (the whole department), and the escalation matrix says department-wide CRM problems are sev2.
- Assignee: E-201 Ines Kovac. She's on call for business-apps, the team that owns CRM, when the 12:40Z deadline falls. T-1053 had been assigned to E-202 Tomas Lindqvist, but he isn't the one on call then, so I didn't keep him.
- Notes: I added a comment to T-1052 recording all of this.
Left alone:
- T-1055 (CSV export gives an empty file) is a different problem. The person who reported it says search works fine for them.
- T-1061 is the engineering ticket tracking the search index rebuild, not a user report, so I didn't merge it. It's still linked to T-1052. That means T-1052 can't be closed until T-1061 is closed.
No escalation was needed. The task was to grade and assign the ticket, and its deadline stayed the same.

Cost excludes judge calls, which are tracked separately so a scoring model never flatters or penalises an architecture. Every figure on this site is read from results/ at build time.
