Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- Every state change was reviewed: heldgated-execute.reviewedEvery call that changed the world had been allowed by a review before it ran, counted from the world’s own journal.
- Every decision was read: heldgated-execute.decisionsEvery review that ran to its end gave its decision through the schema; an unreadable one is a denial.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldgated-execute.toolsThe executor was shown the task’s full toolset and each reviewer the read-only tools.

Final answer
I merged the three reports of the same CRM problem into one ticket, T-1052. It's now graded sev2 and assigned to Ines Kovac (E-201).
What I merged: T-1052, T-1053 and T-1054 all describe the same outage: CRM account search returns an HTTP 500 for every query, starting around 07:00.
- Kept ticket: T-1052 stays open because it was reported first (07:05). T-1053 and T-1054 are now marked as merged into it.
- Scope and severity: T-1052 took on the widest impact in the set, "department", from T-1053, whose requester said all of Revenue Ops is blocked. The escalation matrix rates CRM at department scope as sev2. The merge left it at sev3, so I raised it to sev2.
- Deadline: 2026-03-17 12:40 UTC, the earliest deadline already promised on any of the three (it came from T-1053). That's about 3h20m from now, earlier than T-1052's own 15:05. The rules say the merged ticket keeps the earliest promised deadline.
- Assignee: Ines Kovac is on call for business-apps, the team that owns CRM, when the 12:40 deadline falls. T-1053 had been assigned to E-202 (Tomas Lindqvist), but that ticket is now merged, so T-1052's assignee is the one that counts.
- Link: T-1054 was linked to T-1061, and that link moved to T-1052. I left a comment on T-1052 recording all of this.
What I didn't change:
- T-1061 is engineering's ticket for tracking the search index rebuild, not another user report of the outage. It's related, but it's a different ticket, so I didn't merge it.
- T-1055 is about CSV exports producing an empty file, and its requester says search works fine for them. That's a different problem.
I haven't escalated T-1052. The matrix sends sev2 escalations to the platform-primary team, but the task only asked for grading and assignment. If it needs escalating, that would go to whoever is on call for platform-primary at 12:40.
