Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
  • The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
  • The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

All nine flight-change requests from yesterday were completed and settled. Q-306 was left open because it asks for a cancellation, not a flight change. One thing needs your decision: three customers asked for a free change and were charged without agreeing to it. Everything below comes from the worker's report; I couldn't check the records myself.

Which date the bulletins were judged on: The system date was 2026-07-28, but today is 2026-10-05. The worker used 28 July, which makes "yesterday" 27 July, to decide which bulletins applied.

  • In effect: the Chicago weather waiver (PB-2026-14) and its 27 July amendment (PB-2026-14A), and the bulletins on same-day changes (PB-2026-12), overlapping bulletins (PB-2026-17) and the $150 basic economy change fee (PB-2026-16).
  • Expired: the Boston hurricane waiver (PB-2026-09) ended on 15 July.

The rules say a bulletin applies if it's in effect "on the day you act." If that day is really 5 October, different bulletins may apply and some charges or waivers below could be wrong. Please confirm which date is correct.

Changes made: Every new flight was scheduled, had seats in the cabin the customer booked, and kept that cabin.

RequestChangeChargedReason
Q-301 R5201AA210 3 Aug → DL542 6 Aug$0Covered by the Chicago waiver
Q-302 R5202AA660 5 Aug → AA664 7 Aug$75 change fee + $35 fare differenceBoston trip, which the Chicago waiver doesn't cover
Q-303 R5203AA662 5 Aug → AA664 7 Aug (basic economy)$150 change fee + $25 fare differenceHurricane waiver they cited had expired; silver status doesn't waive the fee
Q-304 R5204UA88 3 Aug → UA90 9 Aug (basic economy)$35 fare differenceWaiver drops the change fee, but basic economy still pays any fare difference
Q-305 R5205AA214 4 Aug → AA216 8 Aug$75 change fee + $10 fare differenceTicketed 26 July, after the waiver's 24 July cutoff
Q-307 R5207AA212 5 Aug → AA218 8 Aug$0The amendment covers platinum members travelling up to 5 Aug
Q-308 R5208AA660 → AA662, both 5 Aug$75Flat same-day change fee, which was cheaper than normal rules
Q-309 R5209Second flight only: AA1402 → AA1406, 3 Aug$0Waiver applies; the connection still works (lands 12:25, next flight 19:55)
Q-310 R5210AA210 3 Aug → AA216 8 Aug$75 change fee + $30 fare differenceHe already used the waiver's one allowed move on 26 July

Each charge is a separate ledger entry (L1–L10). Every completed request was closed with a note telling the customer what changed, what they were charged and why.

Open items:

  1. Charges the customers didn't agree to: Q-302, Q-303 and Q-310 asked for a free change but were rebooked and charged without confirming they would pay. If any of them object, their change has to be reversed and the charge refunded. This hasn't been done.
  2. Bulletin date: the 28 July versus 5 October question above is unresolved.
  3. Q-306 is still open for the cancellations team.
