Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
- The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
- The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

Final answer
The wireless mouse has been cancelled from order O-2003 and refunded to Marcus Ade's card. The rest of the order is still set to ship as planned. This comes from one worker's report; I couldn't check the system myself.
What was done:
- Cancelled line L1 (wireless mouse, P-MOU, quantity 2). It hadn't shipped, so this was a cancellation, not a return.
- Refunded 7,350 cents (£73.50) to his card (refund RF-1). That's what Marcus actually paid for the mice. The list price was 9,800 cents (2 × 4,900), but discount code
MOUSE25took 25% off. The refund can't be more than he paid, so 7,350 is correct. The numbers add up: 7,350 + 6,900 (hub) + 5,700 (cables) = 19,950, the order total he paid. - Put both mice back into stock. The line had stock set aside and wasn't backordered, so P-MOU went from 30 to 32.
Current state of O-2003: status is still pending. Lines L2 (hub) and L3 (cables ×3) weren't touched and will ship as planned. The shipping address is unchanged. Nothing else was cancelled, refunded or restocked.
Minor note: The worker found two different "today" dates: 2026-10-05 from the system and 2026-07-25 on the order record. This didn't affect anything, because cancelling an unshipped line doesn't depend on the return window.
You may want to tell Marcus the refund is £73.50 rather than £98.00 and explain that it reflects his discount.
