Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
  • The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
  • The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer

T-1070: graded and escalated, but not closed

T-1070 is now at the right severity and with the highest escalation tier. It could not be closed today. It is waiting on another open ticket, so Grace needs to hear that it stays open until that one is fixed.

What changed on T-1070

  • Severity raised from sev3 to sev1. The escalation matrix rates a company-wide payroll failure as sev1. The report says the matrix was checked before the change. It doesn't say whether the "company-wide" scope came from the ticket record or only from what Grace said on the phone.
  • Escalated to Ola Berg (E-402) in incident-command. The matrix sends sev1 escalations to that rotation, and it's the highest level it names. Ola's shift runs 18:00Z to 06:00Z, so Ola is on call when the deadline falls. The ticket status is now "escalated".
  • Deadline kept at 2026-03-17T19:40Z. Policy doesn't allow a committed deadline to move earlier, and changing the severity doesn't change the deadline.
  • Handoff comment added. It explains the grading, the escalation, and why the ticket is still open.

Why it's still open

T-1070 is linked to T-1071, which is still open. T-1071 tracks lag on the payroll reporting replica, which caused the payroll batch to abort. It is sev2 and assigned to Dana Whitfield (E-101). Ines Kovac (E-201) noted on the ticket that the batch can't be rerun until T-1071 is fixed. Policy doesn't allow closing a ticket while a linked ticket is open, so T-1070 stays open.

For the next shift

  1. T-1071 is due at 10:30Z, about an hour after the desk time when the work was done (09:20Z). Fixing it unblocks everything else. It was left unchanged because it's a separate problem, not a duplicate, and outside this request.
  2. Once T-1071 is resolved, rerun the March payroll batch and confirm the payments post.
  3. Then close T-1070. This must happen before the 19:40Z deadline and before Friday payday.

For Grace: her ticket is now top priority and with incident command. It will be closed once the replica fix in T-1071 lands and payroll has been rerun successfully. That can't happen before then.
