Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
  • The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
  • The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer

I merged the duplicate CRM reports into T-1052. It is now graded sev2, assigned to Ines Kovac (E-201), and due 2026-03-17T12:40Z. This comes from a single worker report; I couldn't check the ticket system myself.

Merged as one incident (CRM account search returns HTTP 500)

  • T-1052 is the surviving ticket because it was reported first (07:05).
  • T-1053 and T-1054 were merged into it. Both report the same HTTP 500 on every account search.

How T-1052 is now set

  • Impact: department. This comes from T-1053, which said the outage was "blocking the whole department."
  • Severity: sev2. The escalation matrix gives sev2 for CRM with department-wide impact. It was sev3 before.
  • Deadline: 12:40Z, the earliest deadline already promised to anyone in the set (it came from T-1053). T-1052's own deadline had been 15:05Z. The duplicates rule says the surviving ticket carries the earliest promised deadline, so this is correct.
  • Assignee: Ines Kovac. Business-apps owns CRM, and she is on call there at 12:40Z (her shift is 08:00–20:00). T-1053 had been assigned to Tomas Lindqvist (E-202). He was replaced because the ticket goes to whoever is on call when the deadline falls.
  • A comment on the ticket records all of this.

Left alone

  • T-1055 (CSV export produces an empty file) is a different problem. The requester says search works for them.
  • T-1061 (search index rebuild) is an engineering tracking ticket, not a user report. Its link to T-1054 now points to T-1052.

Still open

  • Escalation: T-1052 has not been escalated, since the task didn't ask for it. If someone escalates it, the matrix sends sev2 tickets to platform-primary, to whoever is on call there at 12:40Z.
  • Closing: T-1052 can't be closed while its linked ticket T-1061 is still open.
