Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
- The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
- The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer
The duplicate CRM reports are now one ticket, T-1052. It is graded sev2 and assigned to E-201 Ines Kovac. This is based on the worker's report; I had no tools to check it against the live records myself.
Which tickets were the same problem
Of the five open CRM tickets, three report the same incident: every CRM account search returns a 500 server error.
- T-1052, created 07:05, the earliest report
- T-1053
- T-1054
Two tickets were left alone:
- T-1055: the CSV export produces an empty file. The requester says search works for them, so this is a different problem.
- T-1061: engineering's ticket for rebuilding the search index. It's related to the outage but isn't a user report of it.
What changed
- Merge: T-1053 and T-1054 were merged into T-1052, the earliest report. T-1054's link to T-1061 now points to T-1052.
- Deadline: T-1052 now has 2026-03-17 12:40 UTC, the earliest deadline committed on any of the three (from T-1053). T-1052's own deadline had been 15:05. Normally a deadline is never moved earlier, but the merge rule requires the survivor to carry the earliest deadline in the set.
- Severity: changed from sev3 to sev2. The merged ticket took on T-1053's wider "department" impact, and the escalation matrix rates CRM at department scope as sev2.
- Assignee: E-201 Ines Kovac. Business-apps owns the CRM, and she is on call for that rotation from 08:00 to 20:00, which covers the 12:40 deadline. T-1052 had no assignee before.
- Comment: a comment on T-1052 explains the merge, the regrade and the assignment.
Still open
- Time: at the time of the report (09:20) about 3h20m remained before the 12:40 deadline.
- Escalation: not done, because the task only asked for grading and assignment. If it is escalated, the matrix sends sev2 to the platform-primary rotation, to whoever is on call there at 12:40.
- Previous assignee: T-1053 had been assigned to E-202 Tomas Lindqvist. That ticket is now merged and the work sits with E-201, so he may need to be told.
- Closing: T-1052 can't be closed while its linked ticket T-1061 (the index rebuild) is still open. The worker thinks the search fix probably depends on that rebuild, but this wasn't confirmed.

Cost excludes judge calls, which are tracked separately so a scoring model never flatters or penalises an architecture. Every figure on this site is read from results/ at build time.
