Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute-verify.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Every verdict was read: heldplan-execute-verify.verdictsEvery review round ended with a verdict read from the schema reply, not a default.
  • The loop did what its verdicts said: heldplan-execute-verify.loopEvery verdict that called for a revision got one, and nothing was revised without such a verdict.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute-verify.toolsThe planner was shown no tools, the verifier the read-only ones, and the executor and reviser the full toolset.

Final answer

I've fixed the charges on Q-310 (R5210, Ravi Shah) and sent him the correction. The resolution note on the request itself still wrongly says nothing was charged, because the system won't edit a request that's already resolved.

Why the issue was right: On 26 July, R5210 was already moved from AA214 to AA210 for free under the Chicago weather waiver (PB-2026-14). That waiver allows one free move only, and "moves outside these limits fall under the normal fare rules." The amendment (PB-2026-14A) only extends the travel dates for gold and platinum members, and Ravi has no tier. The same-day change rule (PB-2026-12) doesn't apply either, because the move from 3 August to 8 August isn't a same-day change. So the normal economy rules apply.

What I changed:

  • L9: a $75.00 change fee (7500 cents) on R5210. His lack of tier means he isn't exempt from it.
  • L10: a $30.00 fare difference (3000 cents) on R5210: the $340.00 AA216 economy fare minus the $310.00 he paid.
  • Correction message (N1): sent to him by email and text. It explains that he used the waiver on the 26 July move, so this change costs $105.00 in total under normal rules. It also says the earlier note was wrong and apologises.

Still to do: someone with access to edit resolved requests would need to replace that note with the corrected one. Nothing else was touched.
