Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute-verify.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Every verdict was read: heldplan-execute-verify.verdictsEvery review round ended with a verdict read from the schema reply, not a default.
  • The loop did what its verdicts said: heldplan-execute-verify.loopEvery verdict that called for a revision got one, and nothing was revised without such a verdict.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute-verify.toolsThe planner was shown no tools, the verifier the read-only ones, and the executor and reviser the full toolset.

Final answer

Dana's new address is now on her unshipped order (O-1001), and her in-transit order (O-1002) is unchanged.

  • O-1001 (not shipped yet): The shipping address changed from "12 Alder Lane, Bristol BS1 4TR, UK" to "7 Quarry Rise, Sheffield S11 8XZ, UK". Both items on it (L1 P-KEY ×1 and L2 P-CAB ×2) are still waiting to ship. Nothing else on the order changed.
  • O-1002 (in transit): I didn't touch it. Its single item (L1 P-MON) shipped on 2026-07-07, and our rules don't allow changing the address once an order has shipped. When I checked it again afterwards, the address was still "88 Old Mill Road, Bristol BS3 2QQ, UK" and the status, payment and refunds were exactly as before.

Before making the change, I checked each item on both orders. O-1001 had nothing shipped and O-1002 was fully shipped, which matches what you described.

  1. The two orders had different old addresses. O-1001 was going to Alder Lane and O-1002 to Old Mill Road, both in Bristol. I replaced the Alder Lane address as asked. If Dana has also left Old Mill Road, the parcel in transit will arrive at an address she no longer lives at. That would have to be sorted out with the courier or as a return, because the order's address can't be changed.
  2. Her account address wasn't updated. There's no way to edit a customer's saved address here, so it may still show an old address.
  3. The address went in as one line of text. The plan expected separate fields (street, city, postcode, country), but the tool only accepts a single text field.
