Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute-verify.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Every verdict was read: heldplan-execute-verify.verdictsEvery review round ended with a verdict read from the schema reply, not a default.
  • The loop did what its verdicts said: heldplan-execute-verify.loopEvery verdict that called for a revision got one, and nothing was revised without such a verdict.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute-verify.toolsThe planner was shown no tools, the verifier the read-only ones, and the executor and reviser the full toolset.

Final answer

Both issues were correct, and RMA-807 and RMA-816 are now refunded, restocked and closed. My earlier report was wrong to say nothing had been received for them. The warehouse logged one resellable unit against each on 2026-07-25.

ReturnRefundStockWhy
RMA-807 (O-8007 L1)$159.00 to card1 headphones (P-HDP) to sellable, 9 → 10Change of mind, requested 20 July. PU-21 waives the fee for returns requested 10–20 July, so there is no fee. Requested 12 days after shipping, so inside the window.
RMA-816 (O-8016 L1)$41.65 to card1 mouse (P-MOU) to sellable, 21 → 22Change of mind, requested 21 July, one day after PU-21 ended, so the standard 15% fee applies: $49.00 − $7.35. Requested 7 days after shipping, so inside the window.

Before changing anything, I checked that neither line had been refunded and neither product had a restock entry for these returns, so nothing was paid or restocked twice.

That leaves 14 of the 16 returns closed. RMA-808 is still under investigation because the warehouse received a cable instead of a monitor. RMA-809 is still open while the third cable is on its way. I changed nothing else and sent no customer emails.
