Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I audited all 19 baggage fees posted from 2026-07-20 through 2026-07-26 and marked each one. 8 were overcharged (one of them a duplicate charge) and have been refunded, 9 were correct, and 2 were undercharged and left alone.

How each fee was judged: I used the baggage rules plus the frequent-flyer tier each passenger held on the day the fee was posted. Free bags are 0 for basic economy, 1 for economy and 2 for premium economy or business. Silver adds 1 free bag; gold and platinum add 2. Before 2026-07-23 the first paid bag cost 4500 cents and each further bag 7500. From 2026-07-23, bulletin PB-2026-13 raised the first paid bag to 5000 cents; further bags stayed at 7500. The other bulletin (PB-2026-11) covers seat selection, so it doesn't apply.

  • Refunds: 51,000 cents in total, all paid back to the original form of payment through refund_fee (ledger entries L25–L32), one per overcharged entry.
  • Card vs. travel credit: none of the 8 refunded bookings has a payment instrument on file. The status check didn't say the instrument was inactive, and every refund went through without error, so I didn't switch to travel credit. You may want to confirm with payments that these refunds can actually be delivered.
  • Undercharges: L4 (short by 3000 cents) and L20 (short by 500 cents) are marked undercharged and were not re-billed, as policy requires.
  • Duplicates and checks: L12 and L21 on R8122 are not duplicates; they cover different bags (2 bags, then a third). No booking holds more than 3 bags.
  • Scope: no other bookings, passengers or ledger entries were changed.
  • Notes not recorded: the annotation tool only accepts an outcome, so the reasons in the table aren't stored on the entries. The refund entries do carry a short note with the reason.
