Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer
All 13 reservations on cancelled flight AA918 (SFO to ORD, 2026-08-03, 07:30, due at ORD 13:40) are rebooked, owed vouchers are issued, and each passenger got one message with their new itinerary. Nobody was charged a change fee or fare difference.
There were no bulletins in effect and no open requests in the queue, so the standard irregular-operations rules applied and there were no requests to resolve. There were too few seats for everyone, so I worked down the priority order. The only routes I found to Boston connect through ORD, and there were no direct SFO to BOS flights on 3 or 4 August.

- Upgrades: Iris and Lea are gold or platinum and travelling alone. In each case their own cabin was full on a flight that arrives sooner than anything still open in that cabin, so they went up exactly one cabin. Ben could not be upgraded because premium economy was also full on the earlier flights (UA88 and AA204).
- Group G‑7: Kofi and Jun stayed together in economy at Kofi's gold priority and were not upgraded.
- Boston connections: For Dev and Mo, the new first flight breaks the original AA1402 connection to Boston, so their onward leg is now the next-morning AA1410.
Total vouchers: 10, worth $2,220 ($1,500 compensation and $720 hotel).
Two things you should know:
- Dates: Today is 2026‑10‑05, which is after the 2026‑08‑03 flight date. I still treated the August flights as bookable because the system lists them as scheduled with seats. If these flights have actually already flown, the rebookings need to be checked.
- UA88: It leaves at 06:15, earlier than the original 07:30. I counted it as an available option because it is scheduled and had seats. If passengers couldn't realistically have made it, Chloe, Iris and Farid's rebookings should be revisited.
