Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I've rebooked all 13 reservations from the cancelled AA918, issued the vouchers they were owed and sent each passenger one message. No bulletins were in effect, so the handbook rules applied unchanged. The original flight was due into Chicago O'Hare (ORD) at 13:40 on 3 Aug, and Dev's and Mo's AA1402 connection was due into Boston at 18:55. Every move went through with no change fee or fare difference, and AA918's passenger list is now empty.

I seated people in priority order: tier (platinum, gold, silver, none), then earliest booking date. Each got the soonest-arriving seat in their own cabin.

  • Why only two people moved up a cabin: Iris and Lea are the only two who meet the rule: gold or platinum, travelling alone on a single flight, with their own cabin full on a flight that lands sooner than anything still open in that cabin. Ben, also gold, couldn't be moved up. Iris had already taken the last premium economy seat on UA88, and AA204 had none.
  • Boston connections: the new first leg broke Dev's and Mo's AA1402 connection, so I rebooked their onward leg as well. That leaves them overnight at O'Hare with a valid next-morning connection. No Boston flight on 3 Aug could be reached in time, and there are no direct San Francisco–Boston flights.
  • Voucher records: I issued 10 vouchers (V1–V10), each as its own record. A search of today's ledger returns no entries, so the vouchers apparently aren't logged as ledger entries. I confirmed each one from the voucher tool's own response instead.

All 13 messages (N1–N13) were delivered. Each gives the new flights and cabin, says the change was free, and lists any vouchers or explains why none apply. I didn't touch any other bookings or queue requests.

One oddity: the flight date (3 Aug 2026) is before today (6 Oct 2026). I went ahead as instructed, since the system accepted every rebooking.
