Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I made all nine flight changes from yesterday's queue, posted the charges, and resolved each request with a note to the customer.

The plan gave the dates as 2026-10-05 (today) and 2026-10-04 (yesterday), but the system's date is 2026-07-28. I used the system dates, so "yesterday" meant the requests received on 2026-07-27. Q-306 is a cancellation request, not a flight change, so I left it open for the team that owns it.

Every new flight is scheduled and had seats in the customer's cabin. No cabin changed and no refunds were due.

RequestChangeChargedWhy
Q-301 R5201AA210 → DL542, 08-06, economy$0The Chicago weather waiver (PB-2026-14) covers it: ticket bought by 07-24, Chicago travel on 08-03.
Q-302 R5202AA660 → AA664, 08-07, economy$75 change fee + $35 fare differenceThis is a Boston flight, so the Chicago waiver doesn't apply and the normal rules do.
Q-303 R5203AA662 → AA664, 08-07, basic economy$150 change fee + $25 fare differenceThe customer cited the hurricane waiver PB-2026-09, but it ended 07-15 and only covered Boston travel from 07-01 to 07-20. The $150 basic economy fee comes from bulletin PB-2026-16, which replaces the $125 still shown in the fare rules.
Q-304 R5204UA88 → UA90, 08-09, basic economy$35 fare differenceThe waiver covers the change fee. Basic economy fares still pay the fare difference under the waiver.
Q-305 R5205AA214 → AA216, 08-08, economy$75 change fee + $10 fare differenceThe ticket was bought 07-26, after the waiver's 07-24 cutoff.
Q-307 R5207AA212 → AA218, 08-08, economy$0Platinum member. Amendment PB-2026-14A extends the waiver to 08-05 for gold and platinum members.
Q-308 R5208AA660 → AA662, same day 08-05, economy$75 change feeThe same-day change rule (PB-2026-12) charges a flat $75 and no fare difference. Bulletin PB-2026-17 says to use the cheapest bulletin that applies, and the normal rules would have cost $88.
Q-309 R5209Second flight only: AA1402 → AA1406 on 08-03, economy$0The Chicago waiver covers this trip and is cheaper than the $75 same-day fee. The first flight is unchanged and the connection has a 7.5-hour gap.
Q-310 R5210AA210 → AA216, 08-08, economy$75 change fee + $30 fare differenceThe customer asked for the Chicago waiver, but each booking gets one free move and this one used it on 07-26.

Each change fee and fare difference is its own ledger entry (L1–L10).
