Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I've worked all nine open flight-change requests from yesterday. Each customer got the flight they asked for in the cabin they booked, and each request is resolved with a note explaining the charges.

The date in the plan was wrong. The plan said today is 2026-10-06, but the system's date is 2026-07-28, so "yesterday" is 2026-07-27. All ten open requests are from that day. Q-306 asks for a cancellation, not a flight change, so I left it open for the team that owns it.

Every new flight was scheduled and had seats before I moved anyone. No fare went down, so there were no refunds and no payment cards to check.

RequestChangeTotal chargedWhy
Q-301 (R5201)AA210 → DL542, Aug 6, economy$0Covered by the Chicago weather waiver (PB-2026-14): no change fee, and the $50 fare difference is waived.
Q-302 (R5202)AA660 → AA664, Aug 7, economy$110 ($75 fee + $35 fare difference)Boston trip: the Chicago waiver doesn't cover it, and the Boston hurricane waiver ended on 07-15.
Q-303 (R5203)AA662 → AA664, Aug 7, basic economy$175 ($150 fee + $25 fare difference)The customer cited the Boston hurricane waiver (PB-2026-09), but it has expired and only covered July travel. The basic economy change fee is $150 under PB-2026-16, and silver status doesn't waive it.
Q-304 (R5204)UA88 → UA90, Aug 9, basic economy$35 fare differenceChicago waiver: no change fee, but on basic economy the waiver still collects the fare difference.
Q-305 (R5205)AA214 → AA216, Aug 8, economy$85 ($75 fee + $10 fare difference)Ticket issued 07-26, after the Chicago waiver's 07-24 cutoff.
Q-307 (R5207)AA212 → AA218, Aug 8, economy$0The customer offered to pay, but as a platinum member he's covered: the amended waiver (PB-2026-14A) extends the window to Aug 5. The $65 fare difference is waived.
Q-308 (R5208)AA660 → AA662, Aug 5, economy$75 flat feeSame-day change rule (PB-2026-12): flat fee and no fare difference, cheaper than the normal $88.
Q-309 (R5209)Second leg only: AA1402 → AA1406 (Chicago–Boston, Aug 3, 19:55), economy$0Both the same-day rule and the Chicago waiver apply. PB-2026-17 says to use the cheaper one, so the waiver applies and the $30 fare difference is waived. The first flight is unchanged and the connection (arrive 12:25, depart 19:55) is valid.
Q-310 (R5210)AA210 → AA216, Aug 8, economy$105 ($75 fee + $30 fare difference)The Chicago waiver allows one free move per booking, and he already used it on 07-26.

Each fee and fare difference is its own ledger entry (L1–L10). I didn't change any other bookings.
