Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I've cancelled the wireless mouse on Marcus Ade's order O-2003 and refunded £73.50 to his card. The rest of the order hasn't been touched and will still ship as planned.

  • Checks first: The order belongs to C-200. The wireless mouse is line L1, 2 units. It hadn't shipped, so this is a cancellation rather than a return.
  • Cancelled: Only line L1. The order's status is still pending.
  • Refunded to card: £73.50, as refund RF-1. That's what he actually paid for the line. The MOUSE25 discount brought it down from the £98.00 list price, so refunding the list price would have overpaid him.
  • Stock: The line wasn't marked as backordered, so I treated the 2 mice as set aside for him and returned them to stock (30 → 32).
  • Rest of the order: The USB hub (L2, 1 unit) and the cables (L3, 3 units) are unchanged and still pending. The shipping address is also unchanged.

I fetched the order again afterwards and everything shows correctly.

The MOUSE25 discount was applied entirely to the mouse line. Since that line is now cancelled, Marcus effectively keeps none of the discount. That's correct, because the refund only returns what he paid for the mouse.
