Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.
Phases
Drawn from the phase records: timing and cost per call, no tool calls or messages.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer
T-1070 is now sev1 and escalated to incident command, but it is still open. It can't be closed today: the problem it depends on (T-1071) is still open, and payroll hasn't been rerun. I only changed T-1070; I read T-1071 but didn't touch it.
What I did on T-1070 (desk time was 2026-03-17 09:20Z):
- Severity: raised from sev3 to sev1. The ticket already listed the impact as company-wide, and the escalation rules rate a company-wide payroll problem as sev1. So the grade comes from what the ticket says, not from how urgent the call was. In this case it matches what Grace asked for.
- Deadline: left at 2026-03-17 19:40Z. It was already promised to her, so it stays where it is even though the ticket is now sev1. Rules don't allow moving a promised deadline earlier.
- Assignment: payroll belongs to the business-apps team. Ines Kovac (E-201) is on call for that team at 19:40Z and was already assigned, so I didn't change that.
- Escalation: sev1 tickets go to the incident-command team. I escalated to Ola Berg (E-402), who is on call there at 19:40Z, which is the "highest level" Grace asked for. The escalation tool automatically made Ola the assignee in place of Ines. The deadline didn't change.
- Handoff note: I added a comment for the next shift with the rule used, the severity, the deadline, who owns it, the escalation, and why it isn't closed.
Why it isn't closed: T-1071 is the root cause: a payroll database copy has been falling more than five minutes behind since about 02:40. It is still open and assigned to Dana Whitfield (E-101). Ines noted the payroll batch can't be rerun until that is fixed. Rules also don't allow closing a ticket while a linked ticket is open. T-1070 should be closed only once T-1071 is fixed and the March payroll run has gone through.
Something you may want to raise: T-1071's deadline of 10:30Z is about an hour after the current desk time, and it's only sev2. Whoever owns T-1071 may want to look at it, since everything on T-1070 is waiting on it.
