Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.
Phases
Drawn from the phase records: timing and cost per call, no tool calls or messages.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer
I merged the three reports of the CRM account search outage into T-1052. It's now graded sev2, assigned, and escalated. The two CRM tickets that are different problems were left alone.
Merged: T-1053 and T-1054 were folded into T-1052. All three describe the same thing: account search in the CRM returns HTTP 500 on every query, starting around 07:00 this morning. T-1052 survives because it was reported first (07:05Z).
T-1052 now:
- Deadline: 2026-03-17T12:40Z. This is the earliest deadline already promised on any of the three tickets (it came from T-1053). It's earlier than T-1052's own previous deadline of 15:05Z.
- Severity: raised from sev3 to sev2. T-1053 said the outage blocks the whole Revenue Ops department, and the escalation matrix grades a department-wide CRM problem as sev2. The matrix gives sev2 a 240-minute response target and sends its escalations to the platform-primary rotation.
- Owner: assigned to E-201 Ines Kovac, who is on call for business-apps (the rotation that owns the CRM) at the 12:40Z deadline. It was then escalated to E-101 Dana Whitfield, who is on call for platform-primary at the same time. Escalating makes her the assignee, and the ticket's status is now "escalated".
- Links: T-1054 was linked to T-1061, and that link now points at T-1052. No reference to a merged ticket is left. I also added a comment on T-1052 recording all of this.
Left alone:
- T-1055 (CSV export gives an empty file): a different problem. The reporter says search works fine for them.
- T-1061 (search index rebuild): the engineering ticket tracking the fix, not a report of the outage. It's still open, and its only change is that its link now points to T-1052.
The deadline is 12:40Z and the desk clock reads 09:20Z, so there are about 3h20m left to respond.

Cost excludes judge calls, which are tracked separately so a scoring model never flatters or penalises an architecture. Every figure on this site is read from results/ at build time.
