Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.
Phases

Final answer
I triaged all 16 tickets in the new queue, and the queue is now empty. That covers the 14 weekend tickets and two more (T-2015, T-2016) that arrived at 08:10Z while I was working. Triage time was the desk clock: Monday 2026-03-23 08:10Z. The plan said the date was 2026-10-06, a Tuesday, but the desk clock shows Monday, so I used the clock.
Closed as not service requests
- T-2010: marketing email (a SyncFlow promotion).
- T-2014: automatic out-of-office reply.
Neither had linked tickets.
Merged duplicates (the earliest report survives; no ticket had a deadline yet, so each survivor got today's triage deadline)
- CRM search failures: T-2005 merged into T-2004. The knowledge base says all failing-search reports are the same incident. T-2004 is now department impact.
- Payments builds failing since Saturday night: T-2012 merged into T-2003, which stays department impact.
I kept the Berlin VPN drops (T-2001) and the Lisbon VPN outage (T-2013) separate. They are different offices with different symptoms, and nothing shows a shared cause.
Severity, deadline and assignee
Severities come from the matrix. Engineers are whoever is on call in the owning rotation when the deadline falls.
| Ticket | Severity | Deadline | Assignee |
|---|---|---|---|
| T-2001 VPN, team | sev3 | Mon 23 Mar 17:00Z | E-303 Sanna Virtanen (backup; E-301 is on leave) |
| T-2013 VPN, department | sev2 | Mon 23 Mar 12:10Z | E-303 Sanna Virtanen (backup; E-301 is on leave) |
| T-2008 VPN, single user | sev4 | Thu 26 Mar 17:00Z | E-302 Marcus Feld |
| T-2016 VPN, single user | sev4 | Thu 26 Mar 17:00Z | E-302 Marcus Feld |
| T-2007 phishing, password entered on a fake page | sev2, security incident | Mon 23 Mar 12:10Z | E-601 Noor Haddad (security on-call) |
| T-2002 CRM, single user | sev4 | Thu 26 Mar 17:00Z | E-203 Amara Osei (backup; E-202 is on leave) |
| T-2004 CRM search, department | sev2 | Mon 23 Mar 12:10Z | E-201 Ines Kovac |
| T-2011 payroll, team | sev2 | Mon 23 Mar 12:10Z | E-201 Ines Kovac |
| T-2006 payroll, single user | sev2 | Mon 23 Mar 12:10Z | E-201 Ines Kovac |
| T-2015 payroll, department | sev1 | Mon 23 Mar 09:10Z | E-201 Ines Kovac |
| T-2003 Payments builds, department | sev2 | Mon 23 Mar 12:10Z | E-101 Dana Whitfield |
| T-2009 build pipeline, single user | sev4 | Thu 26 Mar 17:00Z | E-102 Ravi Menon |
- T-2006: the matrix says sev3, but a knowledge-base amendment makes single-user payroll tickets sev2 during the March payroll close (20–31 March).
- sev3 and sev4 deadlines: these count business hours only, starting when the desk opens at 09:00 Monday. Wednesday 25 March is a company holiday, which is why the sev4 tickets fall due on Thursday.
- T-2016: I treated it as a normal VPN problem, not a security incident. It reports a token re-registration prompt, with no sign of phishing, exposed credentials or malware.
Things I did not do
- Major incident: I didn't run the major-incident process or page anyone. No ticket has company-wide impact, and I couldn't find a major-incident runbook in the knowledge base.
- Escalations: I didn't escalate any tickets. The plan asked me to, but the handbook only says where an escalation goes, not that triage must escalate. Escalating would also hand payroll, CRM, VPN and security tickets to engineers outside the rotations that own them, which the handbook forbids. Escalation is still open if any of these tickets need it, especially T-2015, which is sev1 and due at 09:10Z.
