Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer

All 13 passengers on AA918 have been moved to other flights at no charge. Ten vouchers are issued and each passenger has had one message with their new itinerary.

Before changing anything I re-checked what the plan relied on, and it all held:

  • Flight: AA918 is cancelled and has 13 confirmed reservations.
  • Bulletins: there are none, so the handbook rules apply as written.
  • Ledger: it was empty.
  • Passengers: tiers, booking dates, the travelling-together group (R6110 + R6111) and the two Boston connections (R6104, R6113 on AA1402) all match.
  • Seats: every replacement flight is scheduled, and its seat counts were what the plan expected.

Rebookings, in priority order (tier, then earliest booking date):

Vouchers (each its own entry):

  • Ben Okafor (R6102): 15000-cent compensation (V1), for arriving 5 hours late.
  • Dev Mehta (R6104): 30000-cent compensation (V2) and 18000-cent hotel (V3).
  • Mo Farah (R6113): 30000-cent compensation (V4) and 18000-cent hotel (V5).
  • Hugo Brandt (R6108): 30000-cent compensation (V6), for arriving 10h10 late. He still arrives the same day, so no hotel voucher.
  • Grace Liu (R6107): 24000-cent compensation (V7), cut from 30000 because a voucher can't exceed her 24000 fare, plus an 18000-cent hotel voucher (V8).
  • Ana Ruiz (R6101): 30000-cent compensation (V9) and 18000-cent hotel (V10).

Everyone else arrives less than 3 hours late or earlier than planned, so they get nothing. Messages N1–N13 went out after the bookings were made. They explain the free cabin upgrades to Iris and Lea, why Ben, Hugo and Ana got the amounts they did, and why Grace's voucher is capped.

Nothing was cancelled, refunded or charged. No other booking or passenger record was touched, and the AA1402 flight itself is unchanged; only Dev's and Mo's seats on it were released. There were no customer requests to close.

One thing I didn't re-check myself: today's date shows as 2026-10-05, but the plan's investigation found the system date is 2026-08-02. That makes AA918 tomorrow, and I relied on that finding.
