Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer

I've worked all nine flight-change requests from 27 July (Q-301 to Q-305 and Q-307 to Q-310) and resolved each one with a note to the customer. Before each change I re-checked the reservation, its change history, the passenger's tier and the new flight. Every new flight is scheduled with seats in the customer's own cabin, and no booking changed cabin.

ReqChangeChargedWhy
Q-301 R5201AA210 3 Aug → DL542 6 AugnothingThe Chicago weather waiver (PB-2026-14) covers it, so there's no change fee or fare difference
Q-302 R5202AA660 5 Aug → AA664 7 Aug7500 change fee + 3500 fare differenceIt's a Boston trip, so the Chicago waiver doesn't apply and normal economy rules do
Q-303 R5203AA662 5 Aug → AA664 7 Aug (basic economy)15000 change fee + 2500 fare differenceThe hurricane waiver he cited (PB-2026-09) ended on 15 July. The basic economy change fee is now 15000 (PB-2026-16), and silver members aren't exempt
Q-304 R5204UA88 3 Aug → UA90 9 Aug (basic economy)3500 fare differenceThe waiver drops the change fee, but basic economy still pays the fare difference
Q-305 R5205AA214 4 Aug → AA216 8 Aug7500 change fee + 1000 fare differenceBooked on 26 July, after the waiver's 24 July cutoff
Q-307 R5207AA212 5 Aug → AA218 8 AugnothingThe amendment (PB-2026-14A) extends the waiver to 5 August for platinum members, so he pays nothing even though he offered to
Q-308 R5208AA660 → AA662, same day 5 Aug7500 change feeThe flat same-day fee (PB-2026-12) is cheaper than normal rules, which would add a 1300 fare difference
Q-309 R5209Only the Chicago–Boston flight moved: AA1402 → AA1406 (dep 19:55); UA88 keptnothingThe waiver covers it. The connection is valid: UA88 lands at 12:25
Q-310 R5210AA210 3 Aug → AA216 8 Aug7500 change fee + 3000 fare differenceHe already used his one waiver move on 26 July (AA214 → AA210)

Each charge is its own ledger entry (L1 to L10). No money went back to anyone, so the state of the payment cards didn't matter.

What I didn't touch:

  • Q-306 (R5206): this is a cancellation, not a flight change, so I left it for the team that owns it.
  • Q-311 and Q-312: two new change requests arrived today (28 July). They aren't from yesterday, so I left them open and didn't touch their bookings.
