Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
- The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer
I've handled all nine open change requests from yesterday. Every customer was moved to the flight they asked for, in their own cabin, and each request is closed with a note explaining what they got and why. Three changes were free. Three customers asked for a waiver that doesn't cover them, and their notes explain why.
Before each change I checked the booking, its change history, the passenger's tier, the target flight's status and seats, and that the booking had no earlier charges.
| Request | Booking | Change | Why | Charged |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Q-301 | R5201 | AA210 → DL542, 08-06 | Chicago weather waiver applies | $0 |
| Q-302 | R5202 | AA660 → AA664, 08-07 | Boston trip, which the waiver doesn't cover; normal rules | $75.00 change fee + $35.00 fare difference |
| Q-303 | R5203 (basic economy) | AA662 → AA664, 08-07 | The Boston hurricane waiver she cited ended 07-15 and only covered travel to 07-20. Basic economy change fee is now $150 (PB-2026-16), and silver members still pay it | $150.00 change fee + $25.00 fare difference |
| Q-304 | R5204 (basic economy, gold) | UA88 → UA90, 08-09 | Waiver applies, so no change fee; basic economy still pays the fare difference | $35.00 fare difference |
| Q-305 | R5205 | AA214 → AA216, 08-08 | Booked 07-26, after the waiver's 07-24 cutoff; normal rules | $75.00 change fee + $10.00 fare difference |
| Q-307 | R5207 (platinum) | AA212 → AA218, 08-08 | The waiver amendment covers 08-05 for gold and platinum members. He offered to pay; the note tells him there's no charge | $0 |
| Q-308 | R5208 | AA660 → AA662, same day 08-05 | Same-day rule: flat fee, no fare difference | $75.00 change fee |
| Q-309 | R5209 | Second flight only: AA1402 → AA1406 (19:55); UA88 kept | Waiver applies. The connection still works (lands 12:25, onward flight leaves 19:55) | $0 |
| Q-310 | R5210 | AA210 → AA216, 08-08 | Already used his one waiver move on 07-26; normal rules | $75.00 change fee + $30.00 fare difference |
- Ledger: each change fee and fare difference is a separate entry (L1–L10).
- Overlapping waivers: where more than one bulletin covered a change, I applied the one that cost the customer least, as the overlapping-bulletins rule (PB-2026-17) requires.
Q-310 fare paid: the plan's one assumption was that Ravi paid the $310 now recorded on his booking. That checks out: his 07-26 move was free, so nothing else was paid. One small difference from the plan: AA216 had 3 economy seats left by then rather than 4, because Max's change (Q-305) took one.
Left alone: Q-306 is a cancellation, not a flight change, so it's still in the queue for the team that owns it.
