Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer

I cancelled the wireless mouse on Marcus Ade's order O-2003, refunded it to his card, and checked that the rest of the order is unchanged and will still ship.

  1. Cancelled the mouse line (L1, 2 units). It hadn't shipped, so it's a cancellation, not a return. Cancelling didn't issue a refund or put any stock back, so I did both next.
  2. Refunded 7,350¢ to his card (refund RF-1). That's what he actually paid for the mouse after the MOUSE25 discount. The full price would be 9,800¢, but a refund can't be more than what he paid for the line.
  3. Put the 2 mice back in stock. Stock went from 30 to 32. The mouse line was reserved for this order, not backordered, so stock had been set aside for it.
  4. Checked the order again afterwards:

    • The mouse line is cancelled, with 7,350¢ refunded to card.
    • The order shows 7,350¢ refunded out of 19,950¢ paid.
    • The order is still pending, and the USB-C hub and the 3 cables haven't changed.

I didn't touch anything else: the shipping address, his store credit, his other order (O-2001), and all other products are as they were. I found nothing that conflicted with the plan or the store rules.
