Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer

I've cancelled the wireless mouse on Marcus Ade's order O-2003 and refunded £73.50 to his card. The rest of the order is unchanged and will ship as planned.

  • Checked first: Right before making changes, I re-read the order. The mouse line (L1, 2 units) still hadn't shipped and hadn't been refunded, so this counts as a cancellation, not a return.
  • Cancelled: Only the mouse line was cancelled. The order is still pending.
  • Refunded: Refund RF-1 sent 7,350¢ (£73.50) to his card. That's the amount he actually paid for the line after the MOUSE25 discount, not the 9,800¢ list price (2 × 4,900¢).
  • Restocked: Cancelling didn't put any stock back, so I returned the 2 mice to stock separately. Wireless Mouse stock went from 30 to 32.
  • Final check: The mouse line is cancelled with 7,350¢ refunded to card. The order's total refunded is 7,350¢ of 19,950¢. The other two items, P-HUB (1 unit) and P-CAB (3 units), are still pending, and the shipping address hasn't changed.

I didn't touch his other order (O-2001) or any other product. The order record shows "today" as 2026-07-25 while the system date is 2026-10-06. That doesn't matter here, because the return window only applies to returns, not cancellations.
