Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
- The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer
I merged the three reports of the CRM search outage into one ticket, T-1052. It's now graded sev2, due 12:40Z and assigned to Ines Kovac (E-201), so the incident has an owner. Before changing anything I re-checked the tickets, the escalation matrix, the knowledge base articles and the on-call schedule, and they all matched the plan.
What I did
- Merge: T-1053 and T-1054 are merged into T-1052. KB-23 says every report of CRM search failing with HTTP 500 is the same incident. T-1052 is the earliest report (07:05), so it's the one that stays open.
- Deadline: T-1052 is now due 2026-03-17T12:40:00Z, moved up from 15:05. The rules say the surviving ticket takes the earliest deadline already promised on any ticket in the set, and 12:40 was already promised on T-1053. No requester's deadline was moved earlier.
- Severity: The merge raised T-1052's impact to department, taken from T-1053. I then set it to sev2, which is what the matrix gives CRM at department impact.
- Assignee: Ines Kovac is on call for business-apps (the rotation that owns CRM) from 08:00 to 20:00Z, which covers the 12:40 deadline. Tomas Lindqvist (E-202) had T-1053 but isn't on call then, so his assignment didn't carry over.
- Link: T-1054's link to T-1061 now sits on T-1052, so T-1052 and T-1061 point to each other. The merge did this; nothing points at T-1054 any more.
- Comment: I left a note on T-1052 recording the merge and the reasons.
What I left alone
- T-1055: the CSV export problem. The requester says search works, and KB-24 says to track it separately.
- T-1061: the engineering ticket for rebuilding the search index. It's the fix, not someone reporting the outage. Only its link changed, and that happened automatically in the merge.
I didn't escalate or close anything, since the task only asked for grading and assignment. T-1052 can't be closed while T-1061 is still open.

Cost excludes judge calls, which are tracked separately so a scoring model never flatters or penalises an architecture. Every figure on this site is read from results/ at build time.
