Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
- The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer
The weekend triage is done. Two new tickets came in at 08:10 Monday; they aren't weekend tickets, so I'm leaving them alone and flagging them below.
I triaged all 14 weekend tickets at 08:10Z on Monday 2026-03-23, and the weekend tickets are no longer in the new queue. Before changing anything I re-checked what the plan relied on: the escalation matrix, the business calendar, KB-55 and KB-23, the leave list, who is on call at each deadline, and that there are no open incidents. All of it matched the plan.
Closed (not service requests)
- T-2010: closed as marketing/spam (the SyncFlow advert).
- T-2014: closed as an automatic out-of-office reply.
Triaged: severity, deadline and owner set; all now open
| Ticket | Severity | Deadline | Assignee |
|---|---|---|---|
| T-2004 CRM search fails, Sales department | sev2 | 03-23 12:10Z | E-201 Ines Kovac |
| T-2003 Payments builds fail, department | sev2 | 03-23 12:10Z | E-101 Dana Whitfield |
| T-2011 Payroll overtime not imported, team | sev2 | 03-23 12:10Z | E-201 Ines Kovac |
| T-2006 Payslip tax code wrong, one user | sev2 (KB-55 raises single-user payroll to sev2, 20–31 March) | 03-23 12:10Z | E-201 Ines Kovac |
| T-2007 Password typed into a fake VPN page | sev2, treated as a security incident | 03-23 12:10Z | E-601 Noor Haddad (security on call) |
| T-2013 Lisbon office can't reach the VPN | sev2 | 03-23 12:10Z | E-303 Sanna Virtanen (covering for Yuki Sato, E-301, on leave today) |
| T-2001 Berlin VPN keeps dropping, team | sev3 | 03-23 17:00Z | E-303 Sanna Virtanen (same cover) |
| T-2002 CRM saved filter gone, one user | sev4 | 03-26 17:00Z | E-203 Amara Osei (covering for Tomas Lindqvist, E-202, on leave 26–27 March) |
| T-2008 VPN client update fails, one user | sev4 | 03-26 17:00Z | E-302 Marcus Feld |
| T-2009 Build logs page slow, one user | sev4 | 03-26 17:00Z | E-102 Ravi Menon |
- How deadlines were set: sev2 runs on the clock (08:10 + 4h). Sev3 and sev4 count only open hours, starting when the desk opens at 09:00. Sev4 skips the Wednesday 25 March holiday.
Merged duplicates (the earliest report survives)
- T-2005 into T-2004: KB-23 says every report of failing CRM search is the same problem. T-2004 keeps sev2, department impact and the 12:10Z deadline.
- T-2012 into T-2003: both report the same Payments build failures. T-2003 keeps the 12:10Z deadline.
- Neither merged ticket had any links to move.
Left alone on purpose
- T-2001 and T-2013 stay separate: they are different offices with different symptoms.
- No escalations, pages or incidents: no outage is company-wide.
Needs a decision: two tickets arrived during triage
These came in at 08:10 Monday and are still new and unassigned. The handbook says to change only the tickets the request is about, so I left them for you to confirm.
- T-2015 "Payslips missing for the Finance department" (payroll, department impact): the matrix makes this sev1, with a 60-minute response target and incident-command as the escalation route. It is urgent and should be triaged straight away.
- T-2016 "VPN token app asks me to register again" (vpn, single user): the matrix makes this sev4. Someone should check whether it is really a security report before routing it as an ordinary VPN ticket.
Tell me if you want me to triage these two as well.
