Final answer
The new queue is empty now. There were 16 tickets to triage, not 14: two more (T-2015 and T-2016) arrived at 08:10Z after the plan was written, and I triaged them under the same rules. Not done, on purpose
- No escalations, pages or major incidents. Neither the Lisbon VPN outage (T-2013) nor the Finance payslip outage (T-2015) affects the whole company, so neither counts as a major incident.
- T-2015 needs attention first. It is due at 09:10, and E-201 Ines Kovac now holds it plus three sev2 tickets due at 12:10.
- T-1999 is unchanged. It's an open CI alert, already assigned to E-101, that probably reports the same Payments failure as T-2003. It wasn't in the new queue and was created after T-2003, so its owner should decide whether to merge it. If they do, T-2003 must take T-1999's earlier 10:30 deadline.
- Older overdue tickets T-1997 and T-1990 are outside this task and unchanged.
