every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.

Final answer

I audited all 19 baggage fees posted from 2026-07-20 to 2026-07-26 and recorded an outcome on each one. Six were overcharged and are refunded, 11 were correct, and 2 were undercharged and left as they are.

How I judged them: Each fee was checked against the passenger's cabin and frequent-flyer tier on the day it was charged, not today. Bulletin PB-2026-13 changes the price for the first bag over the allowance from 4500 to 5000 cents from 2026-07-23. Fees charged before that date were judged at 4500 cents, and fees from that date on at 5000 cents. The baggage rules table still shows 4500 cents because it hasn't been updated yet. Each bag after that costs 7500 cents throughout.

Overcharged, refunded to the original payment method for exactly the extra amount:

EntryReservationChargedShould have beenRefunded
L3R8125120000 (gold on 07-20, so 3 free bags in economy; the tier dropped on 07-21)12000
L5R8116120004500 (economy + silver, so 1 bag over)7500
L7R811845000 (economy + silver, 2 bags)4500
L10R8113120004500 (basic economy + silver, so 1 bag over)7500
L15R811975005000 (basic economy + gold, 1 bag over at the new price)2500
L19R81145000duplicate of L18 for the same 3 bags5000 (in full)

That is 39,000 cents refunded in total.

Undercharged, marked but not re-billed (the audit rules forbid re-billing):

  • L4 (R8112): charged 9000; it should have been 12000.
  • L20 (R8121): charged 4500 on 07-25; it should have been 5000 at the new price.

Correct: L2, L6, L8, L9, L11, L12, L13, L16, L17, L18 and L21.

  • Cabin or tier changes: for L6, L8, L9 and L13 the passenger changed cabin or tier after the fee was charged. I judged each on what applied that day.
  • Two fees on one reservation: L18 is the first fee for R8114's bags, and only L19 was the duplicate. L21 on R8122 isn't a duplicate, because it covers a third bag added later.

One thing to check: the payment lookup said "no payment instrument on file" for all six refunded reservations. That isn't the same as an inactive card, so I sent the refunds to the original payment method as the audit rules say. The system accepted all six (ledger entries L25–L30). Finance may want to make sure those refunds actually reach the customers. I didn't send messages to the passengers, because the audit rules don't call for it.
