Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.

Final answer

I rebooked all 13 passengers from the cancelled AA918, issued the vouchers they're owed and sent each of them one message with their new itinerary. Nobody was charged a change fee or fare difference.

How I ordered them: Seats were short, so I booked passengers by frequent-flyer tier (platinum, gold, silver, none), then by earliest booking date. The two passengers travelling together (R6110 and R6111) were treated as one booking at the priority of their gold member. AA918 was scheduled to reach ORD at 13:40 on 3 Aug, with Boston passengers connecting to arrive at 18:55.

  • Upgrades: Only two people were moved up a cabin. Both are gold or platinum, travelling alone on a single flight, and their own cabin was full on a flight that arrives sooner. Ben Okafor qualified on the same terms, but there were no premium economy seats left on UA88 or AA204, so he stays in economy on DL512.
  • Boston connections: Dev Mehta and Mo Farah could no longer make the 15:30 AA1402 to Boston. I rebooked that leg as well, onto the next-morning AA1410.

Date mismatch: The task context gave today's date as 2026-10-06, but the reservation system reports 2026-08-02, the day before the cancelled flight. I followed the system date, which puts all the replacement flights in the future, including UA88 at 06:15 on 3 Aug. There were no operational bulletins in effect, so the standard rules applied.
