Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.

Final answer

I worked all 9 open flight-change requests from 27 Jul. Every move kept the customer's cabin and went onto a scheduled flight I'd checked had seats. Each request is resolved with a note telling the customer what they got and what they paid.

Three customers expected a free change under a waiver they didn't qualify for: Q-302, Q-303 and Q-305. Following the rules, I still made the change they asked for, charged the normal fees and explained why in the resolution note. All charges are on the reservations' ledgers.

RequestChangeChargeWhy
Q-301 R5201AA210 → DL542 (6 Aug)$0Chicago weather waiver (PB-2026-14) covers it, so the change fee and fare difference are waived.
Q-302 R5202AA660 → AA664 (7 Aug, Boston)$75 change fee + $35 fare differenceThe Chicago waiver only covers O'Hare, so normal economy rules apply.
Q-303 R5203AA662 → AA664 (7 Aug), basic economy$150 change fee + $25 fare differenceThe customer cited the hurricane waiver PB-2026-09, but it expired 15 Jul and only covered travel 1–20 Jul. Bulletin PB-2026-16 sets the basic economy change fee at $150; silver status isn't exempt.
Q-304 R5204UA88 → UA90 (9 Aug), basic economy$35 fare differenceThe Chicago waiver applies, but on basic economy fares it still collects the fare difference.
Q-305 R5205AA214 → AA216 (8 Aug)$75 change fee + $10 fare differenceTicketed 26 Jul, after the waiver's 24 Jul ticketing cutoff.
Q-307 R5207AA212 → AA218 (8 Aug)$0The customer offered to pay, but as a platinum member he's covered: amendment PB-2026-14A extends the waiver to 5 Aug for gold and platinum members.
Q-308 R5208AA660 → AA662, same day (5 Aug)$75 change feeSame-day change rule (PB-2026-12): flat fee, no fare difference. That's cheaper than the normal fee plus the $13 fare difference.
Q-309 R5209Second flight only: AA1402 → AA1406 (Chicago–Boston, 3 Aug); first flight unchanged$0Both the Chicago waiver and the same-day rule apply. PB-2026-17 says to use the one that costs the customer least, which is the waiver.
Q-310 R5210AA210 → AA216 (8 Aug)$75 change fee + $30 fare differenceThe waiver allows one free move per booking, and this one was already used on 26 Jul (AA214 → AA210).

I left Q-306 (R5206) open because it's a cancellation request, not a flight change.

The system date is 2026-07-28, not the 2026-10-05 given in my session context. I treated 28 Jul as today, which matches the queue's "yesterday" (27 Jul) and decides which bulletins were in effect.
