Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.

Final answer

I've processed the whole of order O-3001, and Priya has been refunded the full $686.00 she paid. Only part of it could go back to her card. The order is now marked as returned.

Why she can't get it all back on her card: L1 (P-DOC, $219.00) and L2 (P-MON, $329.00) shipped on 2026-05-04. The return policy counts its 30 days from the shipping date, and that window has closed. Today's date is given as 2026-10-06 in my context but 2026-07-25 by the store system. It's past 30 days either way, so the policy requires these two lines to be refunded as store credit, not to her card. L3 (2× P-HUB, $138.00) never shipped, so it counts as a cancellation and goes back to her card.

What I did:

  1. Cancelled L3, the part that hadn't shipped.
  2. Refunded $138.00 to her card for L3.
  3. Put the 2 USB-C hubs back into stock (8 → 10). They never left the warehouse, and nothing on the order showed they were on backorder.
  4. Recorded a $548.00 store-credit refund against the order for L1 and L2.
  5. Added that $548.00 to her store-credit balance, which went from $5.00 to $553.00. The refund in step 4 doesn't change her balance by itself, so this step is what actually pays her.

Not done yet: I haven't restocked the dock (P-DOC) or the monitor (P-MON). Returned items only go back into stock when the warehouse receives them, so they should be restocked once her parcel arrives.

When you reply to Priya, it's worth explaining that $548.00 came back as store credit, not to her card, and why.
