Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.
Phases
Drawn from the phase records: timing and cost per call, no tool calls or messages.

Final answer
I worked through all 16 open RMAs. 12 are refunded, restocked and closed, one is under investigation, and three stay open because goods are still on their way. I used the store system's date (2026-07-25), not the 2026-10-05 in my environment, because the return windows and policy updates are measured against the system's date.
Closed (refunded and restocked as the warehouse graded them):
| RMA | Refund | Why | Restock |
|---|---|---|---|
| 801 | $109.65 card | Changed mind, 15% fee | 1 P-KEY sellable |
| 802 | $159.00 card | Changed mind, no fee: requested inside the summer no-fee period (PU-21, 07-10 to 07-20) | 1 P-HDP sellable |
| 803 | $279.65 store credit | Requested 41 days after shipping. The customer only became gold on 07-15, after asking, so the longer gold/platinum window (PU-18) doesn't apply and the 30-day limit does. 15% fee. | 1 P-MON sellable |
| 804 | $279.65 store credit | 41 days, standard-tier customer, so outside the window. 15% fee. | 1 P-MON sellable |
| 805 | $55.20 card | Requested 06-25, inside the peak-season period (PU-15), so a 20% fee | 1 P-HUB sellable |
| 806 | $73.50 card | Defective, no fee. Refunded the discounted amount actually paid for 2 units. | 2 P-MOU damaged |
| 810 | $99.00 card | Defective: $129.00 paid less $30.00 already refunded on that line | 1 P-KEY damaged |
| 811 | $49.00 card | Damaged in transit, no fee | 1 P-MOU sellable |
| 812 | $219.00 card | Defective, 28 days, no fee | 1 P-DOC damaged |
| 813 | $109.65 card | Requested exactly 30 days after shipping, which is still inside the window. 15% fee. | 1 P-KEY sellable |
| 814 | $318.00 card | Both units arrived in separate parcels. No fee (PU-21). | 2 P-HDP sellable |
| 815 | $109.65 card | 38 days, but the customer has been platinum since February, so the 45-day window applies. 15% fee. | 1 P-KEY sellable |
For RMA-803 and RMA-804, the refund is recorded on each order and the same $279.65 is added to the customer's store-credit balance.
Still open:
- RMA-808 (under investigation): the return covers a monitor, but the warehouse received a cable. I refunded and restocked nothing.
- RMA-809 (open): 2 of the 3 cables have arrived. I refunded $38.00 to card with no fee (PU-21 waives it whenever the goods come back) and put 1 cable in sellable stock and 1 in damaged. The third unit hasn't arrived yet.
- RMA-807 and RMA-816 (open): the warehouse has received nothing. The RMA-807 customer says tracking shows delivery, but the rules only allow settling units the warehouse has actually received, so I refunded nothing.
