Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.
Phases
Drawn from the phase records: timing and cost per call, no tool calls or messages.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer
I've regraded and escalated T-1070 and left handover notes on it, but I couldn't close it today as Grace asked. Another open ticket is blocking it.
- Severity: I raised it from sev3 to sev1. The escalation matrix sets that for a payroll problem affecting the whole company, so Grace's description holds.
- Escalation: sev1 tickets go to the incident-command rotation. I assigned it to Ola Berg (E-402), who is on call there when the deadline falls (his shift runs 18:00Z to 06:00Z). The ticket's status is now "escalated".
- Deadline: It stays at 2026-03-17 19:40Z. A sev1 grading would normally mean a 1-hour response target, but the rules don't allow moving earlier a deadline already given to the requester.
- Not closed: The failure's root cause is tracked in T-1071 (lag on the payroll reporting database copy), which is still open. Its last comment says the batch can't be rerun until that's fixed, and the rules don't allow closing a ticket while a linked ticket is open. I left T-1071 unchanged because it's a separate problem, not a duplicate.
- Handover: I left a comment on T-1070 for the next shift with all of the above and the steps to finish: once T-1071 is fixed, rerun the March payroll batch, confirm payments have posted, then close the ticket.
T-1071's own deadline is 10:30Z today, about an hour from now. Someone should let Grace know her ticket can't be closed until that's fixed.
