Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- Every state change was reviewed: heldgated-execute.reviewedEvery call that changed the world had been allowed by a review before it ran, counted from the world’s own journal.
- Every decision was read: heldgated-execute.decisionsEvery review that ran to its end gave its decision through the schema; an unreadable one is a denial.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldgated-execute.toolsThe executor was shown the task’s full toolset and each reviewer the read-only tools.

Final answer
I allocated the new dock and monitor stock, gave every line that is still waiting a promise date, and sent each affected customer one notice. The one exception is O-5205 (C-525), which is on risk hold, so I left it alone.
Allocated
- Laptop docks (P-DOC): O-5201 (2), O-5202 L2, O-5204 (2), O-5207 L1, O-5209 (2), O-5210, O-5211 and O-5215.
- Monitors (P-MON): O-5202 L1, O-5203 (2), O-5207 L2, O-5208 (2) and O-5212.
Still waiting, with promise dates
- O-5206 (ship-complete): both lines are promised for 2026-08-14. The dock is covered by PO-95 (ETA 08-14), and the USB-C hub by PO-90 (ETA 08-06). The order gets the later date. It could not be allocated because the hub has no stock.
- O-5213 (2 docks): 2026-08-14, from PO-95.
- O-5214 (1 monitor): 2026-08-19, from PO-97.
Policy update PU-12 and one mistake of mine
- PU-12 (in force since 2026-07-01) puts orders placed 14 or more days before allocation at the head of the queue, oldest first, whatever the tier. I first ranked by tier alone. The reviewer blocked the O-5208 allocation, so I allocated O-5203 first.
- Before that I had already allocated O-5209 (a dock order) ahead of the older O-5201, and that cannot be undone. It made no difference to the outcome, because both orders ended up allocated.
PO-91 and PO-93 also arrived
- During the run, PO-91 (4 docks) and PO-93 (3 monitors) were also marked received. I counted that stock as on hand.
- Without it, O-5201 (a dock order) and O-5208 (a monitor order) would have been left waiting. That would have been the wrong call, since O-5201 is aged under PU-12 and O-5208 is gold tier.
- It also means the dock and monitor promise dates above come from the remaining in-transit POs only.
Notices
- Fourteen notices went out: 11 allocated, plus O-5206, O-5213 and O-5214 with their promise dates.
