Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- Every state change was reviewed: heldgated-execute.reviewedEvery call that changed the world had been allowed by a review before it ran, counted from the world’s own journal.
- Every decision was read: heldgated-execute.decisionsEvery review that ran to its end gave its decision through the schema; an unreadable one is a denial.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldgated-execute.toolsThe executor was shown the task’s full toolset and each reviewer the read-only tools.

Final answer
I merged the three reports of the CRM search 500 into one ticket, T-1052, and set it to sev2 and assigned it to E-201. Nothing was escalated.
- Merge: T-1052 was the earliest-created report, so it survives. I folded T-1053 and T-1054 into it. All three describe the same account-search 500 outage.
- Deadline: T-1052 now carries the earliest committed deadline, 2026-03-17T12:40Z. That came from T-1053 and is earlier than T-1052's own 15:05Z.
- Severity: The merged ticket's impact became department-wide. The matrix gives sev2 for that, so I raised it from sev3.
- Assignee: E-201 (Ines Kovac) is on call for business-apps, which owns CRM, at 12:40Z, when the deadline falls. Before the merge T-1053 was assigned to E-202, and I did not keep that assignment.
- Escalation: Not done, since you asked only for grading and assignment. If you want it, the matrix routes sev2 to platform-primary.
Left alone:
- T-1055 (CSV export is empty) is a different problem, so I didn't touch it.
- T-1061 (search index rebuild tracking ticket) is an engineering tracking ticket rather than a user report, so I left it separate. It stays linked to T-1052 and open.
I also posted a comment on T-1052 recording the merge, severity and assignment.
