Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
- The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
- The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.
Phases

Final answer
I audited all 19 baggage fees posted 2026-07-20 to 2026-07-26 and annotated each one. I refunded the 8 overcharges, totalling 51,000 cents, and did not re-bill the 2 undercharges. This is based on the worker's report alone, and I could not check it against the ledger myself.
Method: Each fee was judged on the cabin allowance and the passenger's tier on the posting date. From 2026-07-23 the first-bag price was 5000 cents, as set by bulletin PB-2026-13. The bulletin overrides the baggage rules tool, which still shows 4500. Further bags stayed at 7500.
Overcharged (8): each was refunded to the original payment method for exactly the overcharge.
| Entry | Reservation | Refund (cents) | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| L3 | R8125 | 12000 | Passenger was gold on 07-20, so 3 bags were free. |
| L5 | R8116 | 7500 | Silver economy; correct fee was 4500. |
| L7 | R8118 | 4500 | Silver economy allows 2 bags, so nothing was due. |
| L8 | R8120 | 7500 | Premium economy, no tier; correct fee was 4500. |
| L10 | R8113 | 7500 | Silver basic economy; correct fee was 4500. |
| L13 | R8123 | 4500 | Silver premium economy allows 3 bags, so nothing was due. |
| L15 | R8119 | 2500 | Gold basic economy on 07-24; correct fee was 5000 under the bulletin. |
| L19 | R8114 | 5000 | Duplicate of L18 for the same bags, refunded in full. |
Undercharged (2): annotated only, not re-billed.
- L4 (R8112): charged 9000, should have been 12000.
- L20 (R8121): charged 4500 on 07-25, should have been 5000.
Correct (9): L2, L6, L9, L11, L12, L16, L17, L18 and L21.
- L6 (R8117) and L9 (R8126) were judged on the passenger's tier on the posting date. R8117 only became gold on 07-22, and R8126 only became silver on 07-22.
- L18 is the first of the duplicate pair and is correct on its own.
- L21 is the 7500-cent fee for a further bag on R8122.
Open item: No passengers were notified about the refunds or annotations, because the task didn't ask for it.

Cost excludes judge calls, which are tracked separately so a scoring model never flatters or penalises an architecture. Every figure on this site is read from results/ at build time.
