Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
  • The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
  • The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I can't confirm the work is settled correctly, because the worker's date assumption is unresolved.

What the worker reported

  • Nine flight-change requests were moved and resolved: Q-301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 307, 308, 309 and 310.
  • Each customer kept their booked cabin, and the worker checked flight status and seats first.
  • Each charge was its own ledger entry (L1–L10), and each resolution note told the customer what they got and why.
  • Q-306 (R5206, Boston) is a cancellation, not a flight change. The worker left it open for the team that owns it.
RequestChangeCharged
Q-301 (R5201)AA210 → DL542, 08-06$0, under Chicago waiver PB-2026-14
Q-302 (R5202)AA660 → AA664, 08-07$110 ($75 fee + $35 fare difference)
Q-303 (R5203)AA662 → AA664, 08-07$175 ($150 fee + $25 fare difference)
Q-304 (R5204)UA88 → UA90, 08-09$35 fare difference, fee waived
Q-305 (R5205)AA214 → AA216, 08-08$85 ($75 fee + $10 fare difference)
Q-307 (R5207)AA212 → AA218, 08-08$0, waived
Q-308 (R5208)AA660 → AA662, 08-05$75 same-day fee
Q-309 (R5209)Only ORD→BOS leg, AA1402 → AA1406, 08-03$0
Q-310 (R5210)AA210 → AA216, 08-08$105 ($75 fee + $30 fare difference)

The unresolved problem: which date applies

  • The worker treated today as 2026-07-28, the date the bulletin system reported. My instructions say today is 2026-10-05, and the worker went against that.
  • The handbook says a bulletin in effect on the day of action overrides the fare rules, so the date matters. Whether each waiver applies, and the $150 versus $125 basic economy fee for Q-303, all depend on it.
  • If the true date is 2026-10-05, several of these settlements could be wrong. I can't tell from the reports, and nothing in them shows the date question was checked further.
  • I recommend someone verify the date and re-check the bulletin-dependent charges: Q-301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 307, 309 and 310. Q-308's $75 same-day fee also rests on a bulletin (PB-2026-12).

Other notes

  • The worker did not send separate passenger notifications. The resolution notes were the only customer message.
  • I can't independently confirm any ledger entry or resolution beyond what the worker wrote.
