Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
  • The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
  • The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I can't confirm that this task is complete and correct. Nine requests were worked and resolved, but every fee ruling depends on a date assumption that conflicts with my environment.

The date problem

  • The worker treated today as 2026-07-28, because the bulletin system said so and the requests are from "yesterday".
  • My environment says today is 2026-10-06.
  • Whether each waiver applied depends on which bulletins were in effect on the day of action. If 10-06 is correct, the waiver and fee rulings below may be wrong. Bookings on 8/3–8/9 flights would also be in the past, which makes me doubt either the date or the bookings.
  • The worker said this itself and did not resolve it. The reports give no way for me to settle it.

What the worker reported (unverified by me, no tool access here)

RequestPassengerChangeReported charge
Q-301Ines Duarte (R5201)AA210 → DL542, 8/6$0, Chicago waiver PB-2026-14
Q-302Jonah Pike (R5202)AA660 → AA664, 8/7$75 change fee and $35 fare difference; Boston waiver PB-2026-09 treated as expired
Q-303Kim Seo (R5203, basic economy)AA662 → AA664, 8/7$150 change fee and $25 fare difference; fee taken from bulletin PB-2026-16 rather than the $125 in the fare rules
Q-304Lena Ortiz (R5204)UA88 → UA90, 8/9$35 fare difference, change fee waived
Q-305Max Weber (R5205)AA214 → AA216, 8/8$75 change fee and $10 fare difference; booked after the waiver cutoff
Q-307Oscar Lund (R5207, platinum)AA212 → AA218, 8/8$0, covered by amendment PB-2026-14A
Q-308Petra Novak (R5208)AA660 → AA662, 8/5$75 same-day fee
Q-309Quinn Adler (R5209)ORD→BOS leg only, AA1402 → AA1406, 8/3$0
Q-310Ravi Shah (R5210)AA210 → AA216, 8/8$75 change fee and $30 fare difference; waiver already used on 7/26

The worker also said every move kept the original cabin, that flight status and seats were checked before booking, and that each request was resolved with a note to the customer.

Left alone

  • Q-306 (R5206) is a cancellation, not a flight change, so it was left for its owning team.

What needs checking

  • Confirm the correct effective date and re-verify the bulletin-dependent rulings: Q-301, Q-302, Q-303, Q-304, Q-305, Q-307, Q-309 and Q-310.
  • Q-308 is the only one that doesn't turn on a waiver being in effect, but it also rests on the same bulletin system, so it needs the same date check.
  • If the date was wrong, some customers may have been over- or undercharged. Those fees would need correcting through the ledger.
  • The reports don't say how the Q-303 conflict between the bulletin and the fare-rules tool was settled beyond the worker's own reading.
