Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
- The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
- The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer
Status: money and order record done; warehouse side not finished.
Done on O-3001 (Priya Raman, C-300), per the worker's report:
- L3 (2 × USB-C Hub, never shipped): Cancelled as a cancellation, not a return. The 13,800 cents she paid was refunded to the original card (RF-1).
L1 (Laptop Dock) and L2 (Monitor): Both shipped on 2026-05-04, outside the 30-day return window. The return policy therefore pays these out as store credit, not to the card.
- 54,800 cents of store credit was recorded against the order (RF-2).
- The same 54,800 cents was added to her balance, which went from 500 to 55,300.
- The order is fully refunded (68,600 of 68,600 cents) and its status is
returned.
Not done:
- L1 and L2 stock: No restock has been made. These items go back into stock only when the warehouse receives them. Once P-DOC and P-MON arrive, someone needs to restock 1 unit of each against O-3001.
- L3 stock (2 × P-HUB): No restock has been made. This one is unresolved. Policy requires the full quantity to go back into stock if stock was set aside for the line, and nothing if the line was backordered. The worker found no reservation movement for it. The only P-HUB movement is a supplier delivery on 2026-06-30, after the order date. From that the worker inferred the line was backordered, but this is an inference, not confirmation. If stock was in fact set aside, 2 × P-HUB must be restocked. Someone should confirm this.
