Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
  • The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
  • The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

Per the worker's report, 12 of the 16 open RMAs are settled and closed. The other four are open or under investigation, as the rules require. I have only the report to go on and could not check any of this myself.

Settled and closed (refund and restock done)

RMARefundRestockedBasis
80110,965 card1 P-KEY, sellable15% fee
80215,900 card1 P-HDP, sellableNo fee (PU-21)
80327,965 store credit1 P-MON, sellable41 days after shipping, so the 30-day window applied. The customer became gold only after the request. 15% fee.
80427,965 store credit1 P-MON, sellableStandard tier, 41 days after shipping. 15% fee.
8055,520 card1 P-HUB, sellable20% fee (PU-15, requested 06-25)
8067,350 card2 P-MOU, damagedDefective, no fee
8109,900 card1 P-KEY, damagedDefective. 3,000 was already refunded, so only the remainder was paid.
8114,900 card1 P-MOU, sellableDamaged in transit, no fee
81221,900 card1 P-DOC, damagedDefective, no fee
81310,965 card1 P-KEY, sellableExactly 30 days after shipping, so inside the window. 15% fee.

81510,965 card1 P-KEY, sellable38 days after shipping, inside the platinum 45-day window (PU-18). 15% fee.

For 803 and 804, the store credit was recorded against the order and added to the customer balance.

Not closed

  • RMA-808: The warehouse received a P-CAB (graded wrong_item), but the return covers a P-MON. Investigation INV-1 was opened, and nothing was refunded or restocked.
  • RMA-809: Two of three cables have arrived. 3,800 was refunded by card (2 × 1,900, no fee under PU-21), and one unit was restocked as sellable and one as damaged. The RMA stays open for the third unit.
  • RMA-807: The warehouse has no receipt, so nothing was refunded or restocked. The customer says it was delivered on 07-23, but that doesn't count. It stays open.
  • RMA-816: No receipt yet, so nothing was refunded. It stays open.

Date discrepancy: My context says today is 2026-10-05, but the worker reports that every tool showed 2026-07-25, and it used that date. If 2026-10-05 were the real date, the return-window results (801, 803, 804, 813 and 815) could differ. The worker saw no sign that the tool date was wrong, but this is unresolved.

No customer replies were sent, since these were RMAs and not inbox messages.
