Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The task was decomposed: heldorchestrator-workers.decompositionThe orchestrator’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one subtask.
  • The fan-out happened: heldorchestrator-workers.fan-outEvery subtask got a worker, every worker ran, and the recorded subagent count matches.
  • The synthesis wrote the answer: heldorchestrator-workers.synthesisThe final answer came from the synthesis call, not from a worker’s report standing in for it.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldorchestrator-workers.toolsThe orchestrator and the synthesis were shown no tools and every worker the task’s full toolset.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer

I consolidated the three duplicate CRM search reports into T-1052 and left it graded sev2 and assigned to E-201 Ines Kovac. One item, escalation, was not done. This summary rests entirely on the worker's report, and I could not verify it independently.

Merged

  • T-1052, T-1053 and T-1054 all describe the same incident: CRM account search returns a 500 for everyone in Revenue Ops.
  • T-1052 is the earliest-created, so it is the survivor, and T-1053 and T-1054 were merged into it.
  • A comment on T-1052 records the merge.

Grading

  • The merged ticket covers department scope, which the CRM matrix grades sev2, so T-1052 went from sev3 to sev2.

Deadline

  • T-1052 now carries 2026-03-17T12:40Z, the earliest deadline on any ticket in the set (it came from T-1053). Its previous deadline was 15:05Z, so this moved it earlier.
  • The merge rule requires the survivor to carry the earliest deadline. The worker said the 15:05Z deadline had never been committed to a requester, but the report gives no evidence for that. If 15:05Z was promised to the original requester, this would conflict with the rule against moving a committed deadline earlier, and it is worth a check.

Assignment

  • E-201 is the business-apps engineer on call at 12:40Z, and business-apps owns CRM.
  • T-1053 had been assigned to E-202 Tomas Lindqvist, who is no longer on the surviving ticket.

Left alone

  • T-1055 (CSV export returns an empty file): its requester says search works for them, so it is a different problem.
  • T-1061 (engineering tracking ticket for the search index rebuild): it is not a user report. Its link now points to T-1052 instead of T-1054.

Unfinished or needs attention

  • Escalation not done: the matrix routes sev2 escalations to platform-primary. The worker did not escalate because the task asked only for consolidation, grading and assignment. If Revenue Ops wants an escalation, it must go to the platform-primary engineer on call at 12:40Z.
  • Closing: T-1052 cannot be closed while T-1061 is still open.
