Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute-verify.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Every verdict was read: heldplan-execute-verify.verdictsEvery review round ended with a verdict read from the schema reply, not a default.
  • The loop did what its verdicts said: heldplan-execute-verify.loopEvery verdict that called for a revision got one, and nothing was revised without such a verdict.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute-verify.toolsThe planner was shown no tools, the verifier the read-only ones, and the executor and reviser the full toolset.

Final answer

I worked all nine open change requests. Every change is booked in the customer's original cabin, and each fee is its own ledger entry. I left Q-306 (R5206, a cancellation) alone because it isn't a flight change. I didn't re-read the reservations or ledgers afterward. Each change call and fee entry reported success when I made it.

The system date is 2026-07-28, so "yesterday" meant the 27 July requests. The plan's date of 2026-10-05 didn't match the system, so I used the system date.

RequestNew flightChargedWhy
Q-301 Ines (R5201)DL542, 6 Aug$0Covered by the Chicago waiver (PB-2026-14), which waives the fee and fare difference.
Q-302 Jonah (R5202)AA664, 7 Aug$75 fee + $35 fare differenceThe Boston waiver (PB-2026-09) expired on 15 July, so normal rules apply.
Q-303 Kim (R5203)AA664, 7 Aug$150 fee + $25 fare differenceSame expired waiver. The basic economy fee is $150 under PB-2026-16, which overrides the $125 in the fare rules. Silver status isn't exempt.
Q-304 Lena (R5204)UA90, 9 Aug$35 fare differenceCovered by PB-2026-14, which waives the fee. It still collects the fare difference on basic economy.
Q-305 Max (R5205)AA216, 8 Aug$75 fee + $10 fare differenceHe booked on 26 July, after the waiver's 24 July ticketing cutoff.
Q-307 Oscar (R5207)AA218, 8 Aug$0He is platinum, so the amended waiver (PB-2026-14A) extends his travel window to 5 Aug. His 5 Aug flight is covered, even though he offered to pay.
Q-308 Petra (R5208)AA662, 5 Aug$75 feeSame-day change under PB-2026-12: flat fee, no fare difference.
Q-309 Quinn (R5209)AA1406 on the ORD→BOS leg only$0PB-2026-14 covers it and costs less than the same-day fee, so I applied it under the "cheapest bulletin" rule (PB-2026-17). The SFO→ORD leg is unchanged.
Q-310 Ravi (R5210)AA216, 8 Aug$75 fee + $30 fare differenceThe reservation history shows his one free move under PB-2026-14 was already used on 26 July.

No refunds were needed, so I didn't check payment instruments or refund policies. All nine requests are resolved, each with a note to the customer explaining the settlement.
