Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute-verify.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Every verdict was read: heldplan-execute-verify.verdictsEvery review round ended with a verdict read from the schema reply, not a default.
  • The loop did what its verdicts said: heldplan-execute-verify.loopEvery verdict that called for a revision got one, and nothing was revised without such a verdict.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute-verify.toolsThe planner was shown no tools, the verifier the read-only ones, and the executor and reviser the full toolset.

Final answer

Both issues were correct. My earlier summary was wrong: the warehouse had received RMA-807 and RMA-816 on 2026-07-25, and I had left them unsettled. I've now settled both and closed them.

  • RMA-807 (O-8007 L1, headphones): The customer changed their mind and requested the return on 2026-07-20. That date is inside PU-21 (2026-07-10 to 2026-07-20), so there is no restocking fee. The line shipped 2026-07-08, so the request is inside the 30-day window and the payout is by card. I refunded 159.00 by card (the full amount paid). I restocked 1 P-HDP as sellable, taking stock from 9 to 10.
  • RMA-816 (O-8016 L1, mouse): The customer changed their mind and requested the return on 2026-07-21, after PU-21 ended, so the standard 15% fee applies. The line shipped 2026-07-14, so the request is inside the window and the payout is by card. I refunded 41.65 by card: 49.00 paid, less the 7.35 fee. I restocked 1 P-MOU as sellable, taking stock from 21 to 22.

I did not touch any other order, return or product.

The full picture is now 14 returns settled and closed. RMA-809 stays open because the third cable hasn't arrived. RMA-808 stays under investigation because the warehouse received a cable instead of the monitor.
