Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute-verify.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Every verdict was read: heldplan-execute-verify.verdictsEvery review round ended with a verdict read from the schema reply, not a default.
  • The loop did what its verdicts said: heldplan-execute-verify.loopEvery verdict that called for a revision got one, and nothing was revised without such a verdict.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute-verify.toolsThe planner was shown no tools, the verifier the read-only ones, and the executor and reviser the full toolset.

Final answer

I merged the three duplicate CRM search reports into T-1052. It's now sev2, due 12:40Z, and assigned to E-201 Ines Kovac. I did not escalate it, which you may want to change (details below).

  • Merged: T-1052, T-1053 and T-1054 are all the same 500 error on CRM account search, reported by Revenue Ops. T-1052 is the earliest-created, so it is the survivor. T-1053 and T-1054 now show as merged into it.
  • Deadline: T-1052 carries 12:40Z, the earliest deadline in the set (it came from T-1053). It was 15:05Z before.
  • Severity: The matrix gives sev2 for CRM at department scope. T-1053 reported that the whole department is blocked, and the merge widened T-1052's scope to department. I raised it from sev3 to sev2.
  • Assignee: CRM is owned by the business-apps rotation. E-201 is on call for that rotation at 12:40Z, so I assigned the ticket to E-201.
  • Link: T-1054 was linked to T-1061, and that link now points at T-1052. I closed nothing, so T-1061's open link blocks nothing.
  • Left alone:

    • T-1055 is a CSV export problem, and its requester says search works fine, so it is a different issue.
    • T-1061 is the engineering tracking ticket for the search index rebuild. It is a related work item rather than a duplicate report, so I did not merge it.

Escalation: The matrix says sev2 escalates to platform-primary. I didn't escalate because you asked for the ticket to be graded and assigned, and escalating would hand it to an engineer outside the business-apps rotation. If you want it escalated, the engineer to use is whoever is on call for platform-primary at 12:40Z.
