Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute-verify.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
- Every verdict was read: heldplan-execute-verify.verdictsEvery review round ended with a verdict read from the schema reply, not a default.
- The loop did what its verdicts said: heldplan-execute-verify.loopEvery verdict that called for a revision got one, and nothing was revised without such a verdict.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute-verify.toolsThe planner was shown no tools, the verifier the read-only ones, and the executor and reviser the full toolset.

Final answer
The new queue is empty. I triaged all 14 weekend tickets and two more (T-2015, T-2016) that arrived at 08:10 while I was working. Two of the 16 were closed as non-requests, three were merged away, and the other 11 are now open with a severity, deadline and assignee. Nobody was paged, and no tickets outside the queue were changed except T-1999, which I merged (see below).
Date check: the task context said 2026-10-13, but the desk clock reads 2026-03-23 08:10Z, a Monday. I used the desk clock. The KB-55 amendment (2026-03-20 to 03-31) is in force on that date.
Closed as non-requests
- T-2010: SyncFlow marketing email.
- T-2014: out-of-office auto-reply.
Merged duplicates
- CRM search: T-2005 was merged into T-2004. T-2004 is sev2 (crm, department), due 12:10, assigned to E-201 Ines Kovac. T-1990, the CSV export ticket, is a different defect per KB-24, so I left it alone.
- Payments builds: T-2012 and T-1999 were merged into T-2003. T-2003 is sev2 (build-pipeline, department), assigned to E-101 Dana Whitfield, who was already on T-1999. It carries T-1999's 10:30 deadline, the earliest committed on any of the three.
- T-1999 was not a queue ticket. It is the open CI alert for the same payments-service failure. Merging it into T-2003 was the only way to carry its earlier deadline onto the survivor.
Security
- T-2007 is a phishing report (the user typed a password into a fake page), so it is sev2 and owned by security-oncall. It is due 12:10 and assigned to E-601 Noor Haddad.

Deadlines
- Sev1 and sev2: these run on the clock from the 08:10 triage time, so sev1 is +60 minutes and sev2 is +240 minutes.
- Sev3: the desk opens at 09:00, so 480 business minutes ends at 17:00 the same day.
- Sev4: 1,440 business minutes from 09:00 Monday, skipping the 03-25 holiday, ends at 17:00 on Thursday 03-26.
Cover
- The network-primary engineer, E-301 Yuki Sato, is on leave today. T-2001 and T-2013 therefore went to network-secondary's on-call engineer, E-303 Sanna Virtanen.
- The business-apps engineer on call at 03-26 17:00, E-202 Tomas Lindqvist, is on leave that day. T-2002 therefore went to business-apps-secondary's E-203 Amara Osei.
Not done
- No ticket is company-wide, so there was no major incident and no runbook to run.
- I did not escalate any ticket, because triage doesn't require it. T-2015 is sev1, so it could be escalated to incident-command if you want that.
- T-2015 is a different problem from T-1997 (the bank export), so I didn't merge them.
