Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

All 13 AA918 reservations are rebooked, and every passenger has been notified once. I didn't re-read the reservations after booking. Each booking call confirmed its own change, and I checked seat counts against the allocation before booking.

No bulletins were in force and no queued request concerned AA918, so there was nothing to resolve in the queue. No change fees or fare differences were charged, because irregular-operations rebooking is free. Ledger entries were checked for the six reservations that got vouchers (all empty); I didn't check the other seven.

  • Upgrades: The two upgrades follow the rule for gold and platinum passengers travelling alone. Iris's economy cabin was full on the fastest flight, so she took premium economy on it. Lea's premium economy was full on AA204, which beats her best premium economy option (DL512, arriving 18:40), so she took business there. Ben did not qualify, because the premium economy seat on the sooner flights was already taken.
  • Broken connections: Dev's and Mo's original ORD to BOS connection (AA1402 at 15:30) could not be kept, since no economy seat reached Chicago in time. I rebooked their onward leg onto AA1410 the next morning, which is a valid connection.
  • Voucher cap: Grace's compensation is 24000 rather than 30000, because the voucher can't exceed her $240 fare.
  • Seating order: Seats were assigned by tier, then earliest booking date. The Takeda and Mensah group was handled at gold priority, since Kofi is gold, and was not split or upgraded.
  • Not re-protected: Nobody was left without a seat.

I only searched direct SFO to ORD flights plus the ORD to BOS flights. I didn't search routes through other airports.
