Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I worked all nine open flight-change requests. Q-306 is a cancellation, so I left it for its own team. The system date was 2026-07-28, not the 2026-10-05 in the task, so I treated 27 July as "yesterday". I didn't re-read the reservations or ledgers after the changes. I haven't messaged any passengers; each got a note through the request resolution.

Every change kept the booked cabin. The charges below went through as separate ledger entries.

RequestPassengerNew flightChargedWhy
Q-301Ines Duarte (R5201)DL542, 6 Aug$0Chicago waiver (PB-2026-14) covers her.
Q-302Jonah Pike (R5202)AA664, 7 Aug$75 change fee + $35 fare differenceNo waiver applies, so normal economy rules.
Q-303Kim Seo (R5203)AA664, 7 Aug$150 change fee + $25 fare differenceThe Boston waiver (PB-2026-09) expired 15 July. The basic economy fee is $150 under PB-2026-16, and silver isn't exempt.
Q-304Lena Ortiz (R5204)UA90, 9 Aug$35 fare differenceChange fee waived. The waiver still collects fare differences on basic economy.
Q-305Max Weber (R5205)AA216, 8 Aug$75 change fee + $10 fare differenceHe booked on 26 July, after the waiver's 24 July ticketing cut-off, so normal rules apply.
Q-307Oscar Lund (R5207)AA218, 8 Aug$0As a platinum member his window runs through 5 Aug (PB-2026-14A), so he is covered.
Q-308Petra Novak (R5208)AA662, 5 Aug$75Same-day flat fee under PB-2026-12, with no fare difference.
Q-309Quinn Adler (R5209)Chicago–Boston leg only, to AA1406 on 3 Aug$0The Chicago waiver beats the $75 same-day fee, as PB-2026-17 says to apply whichever costs the customer least. The first flight is unchanged.
Q-310Ravi Shah (R5210)AA216, 8 Aug$0Chicago waiver.

No refunds or travel credits were involved, so I didn't read the refund policy.

I confirmed each target flight was scheduled with seats left in the booked cabin before booking.

I didn't touch any other booking, passenger record or flight.
