Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I rebooked all nine flight-change requests (Q-301 to Q-305 and Q-307 to Q-310) and resolved each one with a note to the customer. Q-306, the Boston cancellation, was left alone because it isn't a flight change.

The system date is 2026-07-28, not the 2026-10-06 in the plan, so "yesterday" meant 2026-07-27. All changes kept the booked cabin, and I checked each target flight for status and seats first. I did not re-read the ledger or reservations after the changes. Each tool call confirmed what it changed.

RequestNew flightChargedWhy
Q-301 (Ines)DL542, 6 Aug$0Chicago waiver (PB-2026-14) waives the fee and the fare difference.
Q-302 (Jonah)AA664, 7 Aug$75 change fee + $35 fare differenceNo bulletin covers it, so normal economy rules apply.
Q-303 (Kim)AA664, 7 Aug$150 change fee + $25 fare differenceThe Boston waiver (PB-2026-09) expired. PB-2026-16 sets the basic economy fee at $150, overriding the $125 in the fare rules tool. Silver isn't exempt.
Q-304 (Lena)UA90, 9 Aug$35 fare differenceThe Chicago waiver (PB-2026-14, as amended by PB-2026-14A) waives the fee, and gold is exempt anyway. It doesn't waive fare differences on basic economy.
Q-305 (Max)AA216, 8 Aug$75 change fee + $10 fare differenceHe booked on 26 July, after the waiver's 24 July ticketing cutoff.
Q-307 (Oscar)AA218, 8 Aug$0He is platinum, so PB-2026-14A extends his waiver window to 5 Aug, which covers his 5 Aug trip. He expected to pay, but the waiver applies.
Q-308 (Petra)AA662, 5 Aug$75 change feeThe same-day bulletin (PB-2026-12) applies a flat fee and no fare difference. That costs less than the normal rules.
Q-309 (Quinn)AA1406, 3 Aug (ORD-BOS leg only)$0The Chicago waiver is cheaper than the same-day fee (PB-2026-17 says apply the cheapest). The connection stays valid.
Q-310 (Ravi)AA216, 8 Aug$0Chicago waiver.

Every fee and fare difference went in as its own ledger entry. No refunds or travel credits were needed, because no fare went down in a way that owed money back.

I didn't send separate messages to passengers. The resolution notes carry the explanation, including where the result differed from what they expected (Jonah, Kim, Max, Oscar).
