Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I worked the P-DOC and P-MON backorders: 11 lines are allocated, 6 are waiting with promise dates, and 14 customers have been notified.

  • Dates: The system date is 2026-07-25, not the 2026-10-05 in the plan, so I used 2026-07-25.
  • Priority order: PU-12 (aged backorders first) applies from 1 July. Orders placed 14 or more days ago go first, oldest first: O-5201, O-5202, O-5203 and O-5204. After those come platinum, gold, then standard, earliest order first within each tier. PU-9 (gold ranks with platinum) only covered June, so I didn't apply it.
  • Risk hold: O-5205 is on risk hold, so I left it alone: no allocation, no promise date, no notice.
  • PO-91: PO-91 (4 docks) was marked received partway through my run. I allocated those docks too, and re-set the promise dates that had assumed PO-91 was still in transit.
  • Allocated docks (11 of 11 on hand):

    • O-5201 L1 (2)
    • O-5202 L2 (1)
    • O-5204 L1 (2)
    • O-5207 L1 (1)
    • O-5210 L1 (1)
    • O-5209 L1 (2)
    • O-5211 L1 (1)
    • O-5215 L1 (1)
  • Allocated monitors (4 of 4): O-5202 L1 (1), O-5203 L1 (2) and O-5207 L2 (1). O-5207 is ship-complete, and both its lines could be allocated at once.
  • Waiting lines and promise dates:
OrderLineProductPromise date
O-5206L1P-DOC2026-08-14
O-5206L2P-HUB2026-08-14
O-5213L1P-DOC2026-08-14
O-5208L1P-MON2026-08-05
O-5212L1P-MON2026-08-05
O-5214L1P-MON2026-08-19
  • O-5206 (ship-complete): It also has a waiting hub line, L2. The hub can't be allocated (zero stock), so the whole order waits. L1 gets 2026-08-14 from PO-95. L2 would get 2026-08-06 from PO-90. Both lines carry the later date, 2026-08-14.
  • Notices: One notice per customer, 14 in all (C-521 to C-524 and C-526 to C-535). C-525 got none because of the risk hold.
  • Inbox: There were no open messages, so there was nothing to reply to.
  • Not re-read: I did not re-read each order afterwards. A promise date set before PO-91 arrived may still show on the O-5209, O-5211 and O-5215 lines I later allocated.
